Meet Masha Halpern, Broker, GRI- Listing & Selling-
Marketing Specialist & Team Leader
Seventeen years of experience and knowledge as a full-time Realtor® means I have the ability to handle even the most complicated transactions. I am a dedicated professional and you can count on solid advice for all of your real estate matters.
Having lived in the area since 1975 and working as a Realtor since 1992 Masha has seen the amazing growth of these wonderful communities of Raleigh,Durham and Chapel Hill ( the Research Triangle Park ). Masha has been recognized annually as a multi-million dollar producer,consistently in the top 5% of agents nationwide. Believing that education allows her to provide her clients with the best service, Masha promptly achieved professional designations including,Broker and the Graduate Realtor Institute.Masha also achieves recognition through both her market performance and her professional growth. Masha listens and delivers results to her buyer and seller clients and is skilled and creative when marketing homes .
Masha has one child and is active in her synagogue ,local Jewish Federation and at her child's school as well as in a variety of community organizations . She holds an BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism Performance from THE University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill.
