Inventory and Time are a builder’s worst nightmare so if your builder is carrying several homes you and Masha may be able to negotiate some “sweet “ benefits. Sometimes these deals are marketed as ‘close out’ sales and are promoted when a community is near completion but when there are still new homes for sale in Durham or the builder has new homes for sale in Chapel Hill.
