It's springtime... finally! Which means it's time to come out of hibernation and enjoy what spring - and the Triangle - have to offer.

If you've been suffering from cabin fever this winter, your cure is just around the corner.  No matter if you live in Chapel Hill, Durham, or Raleigh/Cary, there's something on the calendar for you to enjoy. Let's take a look at three upcoming events in those areas!

Chapel Hill - Head to downtown TODAY, APRIL 1 to celebrate Blueberry Day as the start of Beer Month at Top of the Hill Restaurant & Brewery! TOPO's BlueRidge Blueberry Wheat is a raving favorite among locals. But on a more impressive level, this blueberry beer was named best fruit beer in the World in Chicago at the World Beer Championships in 2010. So if you're a fan of fruit beer and good times in Chapel Hill, tonight is the night to experience both!

Durham - From April 3 to April 6, 9:00 a.m. to midnight, you can participate in the 17th Annual Full Frame Documentary Film Festival, which offers over 100 films in addition to discussions and panels. All within a four block radius, a number of downtown Durham locations play host to the film festival, including Carolina Theatre, Durham Arts Council, Durham Armory, Durham Convention Center, Durham Central Park, and the new Full Frame Theater in the Power Plant at American Tobacco. Come on out for a time spent with filmmakers, film professionals, and fellow film lovers!

Raleigh/Cary - If clean eating is your focus, you won't want to miss the opening day for the Cary Downtown Farmers Market! Starting this Saturday, April 5 from 2-6 p.m., local farmers will be gathering to sell fresh produce, cheese, and even a large assortment of meat (Note: Animals providing this meat were all ethically raised and pasture fed). And while you're making your rounds at the market, be sure to enjoy some of the other vendors who will be there, like Bethesda Coffee, Annelore's German Bakery, 8PM Beauty, Donna Walker's Recycled Totes and Beeswax Candles, and Eun Young's Pottery. It's going to be a great opening day!
